We're considering financing our second vehicle instead of buying it outright so that we can keep some capital in our bank account, but the rates I'm being quoted by the car dealer, AA, and our bank are just not what I would consider reasonable (12-15%).

Have any of you gotten auto financing recently at a better rate, and if so, where? Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
