We had some in our container... its not as if they are car batteries with acid in them, so should be fine

So can I assume that batteries travel alright then? I hate waste and we have a load of packs of batteries too, might take them out of any appliances first though.

well I put some in a torch and it didnt last very long.but that may be cause they were cheap ones, but the duracell ones were ok.
