Can someone just confirm which is the best way of doing this, P60 or letters from previous employers, thought I'd better start gathering info like this for when pur ITA eventually arrives.

Thanks in advance

Hi lou lou

I recently got pulled up on this issue with london branch, As a self employed plasterer. They asked for accontants paperwork, or national insurance evidence or invoices and tax slips, contract offers or employers letters, company bank statements.

it was merely so I could demonstrate start and finish dates to show a continued work experience in the same line of work as my job offer. The rule book says 52 x 30 hours constitues 1 years work experience 52x60 hrs is still 1 year. though the officer told me there is quite a bit of flexibility in this. Work experience before the age of 18 does not count nor does work in other countries without permission, cash or voluntary work.

hope this is of some help

cheers

Daniel
