Hi all, help and input needed on the Hawkes Bay area. Lesley is going to be looking for work in Naipier/Hastings so we are looking for any feed back in relation to this area. As most of you know Lesley is a secondry school teacher and I do just about any thing so your kind help on all things Hawkes Bay would be fantastic. :nice1 Cheers............David & Lesley

thanks for that Lupin very helpful. When do you guys hope to head out to NZ and are you still on for Hawkes Bay? absolutely no help whatsoever - BUT - check out Pipi in Havelock North when you are in the area. Its a pizza cafe / wine bar, and they have moved from Greytown (which is not good for us). You HAVE to try thier chocolate cake. It is the best I have ever tasted (even compared with my own :o ) :D

That will pretty much decide you on where to live, :D I feel

Good Luck with your move to the Hawkes Bay. We've only been up there for a short holiday but Napier was lovely. Definitely would consider living there if MH could get a really well paid IT job up there.

Hi Siz, well to cut a long story short we just got it all wrong last time around and coming back has just brought back to us why we wanted to move to NZ in the first place (wow we could write a book on it). We are much more focused and stronger for our first 'try'. We hope to have our house ready to go on the market by August and would love to be out by Christmas but we know our house could take some time to sell. Ta for asking.
Avalon will defo try the cake as me and the kids just LOVE cake......... :raebanana .......Lesley is waiting for a call from a teachers agency next week so wish us luck......David......

Hi David, Good Luck with moving again. It's a bold decision to make after returning to the UK not long ago. I think it's very easy to forget the reasons why you move out to NZ especially when you're trying to cope with a whole new environment and make new friends, get back into work.
