Shoukld we pack and take our BT telephone handsets? Is the coonection port in NZ the same as the UK?

Connections etc are all the same and should work fine.

Yep all fine. Our BT cordless jobbies just plugged straight in here. Just bring an UK extension lead for the transformers (if they have them) and pop a NZ plug on the end.

Yep, connection is fine, but our caller ID didn't work with the Telecom system. Apparently they base theirs on the american system. So we had to buy a new phone anyway.

Worth checking if yours is compatable, if you want this service.
