I know it's not that important in the scheme of things but what are the standard ring binders/lever arch files in NZ? Are they two, three or four rings? It's just that the packers are coming back tomorrow and we've got a load of 2 ring binders and if they're not standard use in NZ then we won't bother taking them. I hope someone has time to answer this for me please before about 10.00am UK time tomorrow morning!!!!
Many thanks.

No, as I believe the US use paper with 3 holes in. Just wondering whether NZ folders/holed paper are US or UK.

You could always just pack a hole puncher.

I just asked mum in law, you can get 2 3 and 4 hole ring binders in NZ.

Standard A4 notepads are stamped with 2 holes.

What is the normal paper size in NZ, A4 or US letter?

Cheers,

I'm forever confused about paper at work. Why is A4 smaller than A3? I guess it's easier than remembering 8 1/2X11 and 11X17, but at least you know what they mean. Oh, and 2 holes really isn't enough to keep your paper in a binder. Three works quite nicely.

Sorry. Today I'm just a little sick of absolutely everything being different. Don't get me started about the light switches.....

I'm forever confused about paper at work. Why is A4 smaller than A3?

It's all based around an International Standard where the width & height conform to a ratio. As the A number increases, the paper size becomes half of the previous e.g. A4 is half the size of A3 & A5 is half the size of A4.
