Really bored of this now.

Can anyone who has applied under the family partnership shed a little light for me here. My husband is my sponser so obviously I complete the sponsership form and provide evidence of our relationship, but do I actually include him on my residence form? I've filled out his details and then there is a box (A26) to tick if he's included on my application...he isn't is he?

I'm so hopeless with beaurocracy :wah It's because I'm pedantic.

We haven't actually filled out the forms yet so maybe someone who has will correct me, but, I think the answer is no. He's not applying for residency so he's not included in your application.

No hes not to be included on your form - he will have his own to fill in I suspect (my brother was my sponsor & he had sep form) . Glad it was'nt only me who found some of the family forms ambiguous !!

I just looked through a copy of my completed application. Under section A where is asked for my partner's details I did list my Kiwi partner/sponsor information. I remember thinking it was odd at the time but I listed it and included photos...didn't want anything to mess up/hold up the application. Then under the partnership page it says "You must provide: Details of your New Zealand partner in Question A17 to A27"

My hubby was my sponsor, he wasn't included on my form, he had to complete an entirely different form.

Thanks all. I have entered his details and passport details but I'm unsure whether I need to tick the box to say whether he's "included" in my application. I don't think so because later it asks for countries lived in for all applicants over 17 and that a police check needs to be provided for each applicant in each country. It is a bit ambiguous though!
