Our 'safe' buyers have just pulled out :wah

Murder is permissible under these circumstances isn't it? :uhoh

A VERY upset NannyOgg

That is a dirty low down trick that is sadly rife here. Pick yourself up, sure you will be o.k in the end, there is probably good reason why, maybe it just wasn't to be on this one.

I'm so sorry to hear that. So disappointing when this happens. Try to be positive (now don’t throw anything at the screen) the same thing happened to someone on here not so long ago and they found another buyer very quickly.

So sorry that this has happened,
What is wrong with the english housing system, it's crazy.
I've had my rant at estate agents today but to fair it does seem that everyone in the system is open to unscrupulous actions.
I hope that you can get this resolved as quickly as possible, chin up.

I know exactly how you feel, the same thing happened to us (after stringing us along for 10 months).

It'll all work out in the end, even though it doesn't seem that way at the moment. hang in there.

Murder is permissable, and in fact would be recommended, it will make you feel better and teach tne buyers a lesson!

Sorry to hear you have been let down, I dont think many of us UK folks had an easy time selling, so we all feel your pain with you.

Big hugs

Remind yourself that this is exactly the sort of rubbish that you are trying to escape from, take a deep breath .. and wait for the next offer which will hopefully be a least a few ŁKK more! It 'sold' very quickly before - I'm sure you won't be left hanging for too long before your arm gets snappped off. These things are always two steps forward, one step back.

Best of luck and big positive thoughts coming your way,
Dawn

So sorry to hear that. What excuse did they give? Hang on in there - it's a good time of year in the UK to be selling. Let's hope a new buyer turns up soon.

Sympathy, I had the same in reverse when buying! Offer excepted, survery and searches done, notice given on rented house, and seller pulls out!

And estate agents are just a bunch of crooks! They are just bothered about their commission! Get everything in writing from the agents.

Hence it would be nice if your prospective buyer made a quick decision and put their offer in writing (or whatever they need to do).

Tell them it's in everyone's interest. ;)
