I'm so sorry to hear that. So disappointing when this happens. Try to be positive (now don’t throw anything at the screen) the same thing happened to someone on here not so long ago and they found another buyer very quickly.

That happened to us before we came so we know how you feel look at my old post devastated!! So sorry that this has happened,
What is wrong with the english housing system, it's crazy.
I've had my rant at estate agents today but to fair it does seem that everyone in the system is open to unscrupulous actions.
I hope that you can get this resolved as quickly as possible, chin up.

I know exactly how you feel, the same thing happened to us (after stringing us along for 10 months).

Remind yourself that this is exactly the sort of rubbish that you are trying to escape from, take a deep breath .. and wait for the next offer which will hopefully be a least a few £KK more! It 'sold' very quickly before - I'm sure you won't be left hanging for too long before your arm gets snappped off. These things are always two steps forward, one step back.

Sympathy, I had the same in reverse when buying! Offer excepted, survery and searches done, notice given on rented house, and seller pulls out!

And estate agents are just a bunch of crooks! They are just bothered about their commission! Get everything in writing from the agents.
