Are any of you Skype subscribers...or another similiar program? We could chat at almost no cost?

I reckon Skype is pretty amazing. For those that haven't used it, it's software that you install on your PC (free!) which allows you to talk over the internet free for as long as you want. I use it lots to talk to buddies in Oz. You ideally need a good broadband connection.

Also, you can 'Skype out' which means for a few pennies, you can use Skype on your PC, then route to a normal,phone at the other end for hardly any costs.

Quality with both systems is fantastic - just like being in the same room if you have decent speakers and microphone.

We are Skype members and we love it! If you have a high-speed internet connection and are not using Skype, you are crazy! We saw our phone bill drop dramatically after we got Skype! I am a big fan!!

I have the software now, but have not tried it out as all of my contacts are on dial up. I believe it doesnt work very well without BB. Am I correct?

The above link has (hopefully) an affordable usb handset to work in conjuntion with skype etc.
