Hi Jess - we used Stephen Lee (based at Lindale centre). Not had the final bill yet (we moved in 2 weeks ago) but he handled our move pretty well. To be honest the process is so short it seemed very smooth as if there wasn't much for the lawyers to do.

Thanks once again IH. It does seem very straight forward here, though I guess the main thing is getting them to help us with our offer to buy. Glad it moves quickly. They are getting a couple of offers on this house, and we want to get our bid in fast! Fingers crossed.
