Any advice please? Have most people taken the insurance offered with their shipper or looked elsewhere? If you have taken out seperate insurance - can you recommend anyone who will offer a good deal? Did you insure all items?

Very nice chap that you deal with.... very helpfull. There's also lots of options, such as covering for 'derangement' and it's OK if you pack yourself (it's just your 'items of a fragile nature' would not be covered for breakages).

They were originally recommended by Alijax. We and others have used them. The rate was 1.57%.

We had to claim and they dealt with it very professionally and efficiently. :clap:clap
