Do you have to put your parents and siblings on the EOI, even though they aren't coming with you?
Does it matter if they aren't on?
I looked in the EOI guide and it seemed a bit vague.
Thanks for any help / insights!

Hi Craig.
No, you don't have to put them on your EOI, however, you will be asked to name them on your ITA.
The reason for this is that should they, for example decide at a later date to join you in NZ, then their application can be crossed referenced to yours as you may be named as their sponsor.
Hope this helps,

Hi Craig,
Welcome to the forum!
We have just submitted our EOI and asked this question too. As Zardel says you don't have to but if you read the small print on the last page it says there, that it may affect their chances of residency on a later date if they decide to apply. So to be on the safe side we did put their names down.
hope this helps
