Blue,
Good news on the house front, if the offer is not acceptable to you we'll have it on ours :laugh No hopefully its what you are looking for. Your worry over your meds. Come on you know the system, its probably all and nothing. Kick back, have a few glasses of plonk and a sound sleep and as they say tomorrow is another day. Keeping :hopeso for you.

that really is an arghhhh situation, I wish I knew what is what like to have an offer on my house. I would be more worried if the doctor charges to pick up the phone and call you. Not that what they do is extortianate. Dont worry as youre estate agent would of told you that you can pull it off the market up to the day of exchange so there is still a minimum of 6-8 weeks for all the estate agent gubbins, plus you have christmas then the other party may not have sold etc.
Corr I could be an estate agent going on this, then again I cant lie through my teeth and enjoy giving false hope to people.
wow an attack on doctors and estate agents in one paragraph
cheers Dan

Hey Blue
Well done girlie .... at last.
We've had somebody enquire about ours this evening. Not from the estate agents ad - but from the ad we put on the internet ourselves.
Hope all goes well - fingers crossed.

Blue,
just relax the meds will be fine and hopefully the offer will be what you want - your offer won't disappear overnight and remember to negotiate - if it isn't acceptable - don't accept it!!
Love
Linda xx

Diny,
You say you have had some interest in your house solely by advertising it on the internet? Can i ask how do you go about doing that, might be worth us having a shot a that to.

Hi everyone its been a real long day today. Rang estate agent first thing and person dealing with it with someone told they will ring back. 40mins later fed up so rang again. They had offered 20,000 below asking price so told them where to stick it not really I was polite. Anyway the rest of the day was phonecalls to and throw. I accepted 10.000 below the asking price in the end as this was the lowest valuation given and as the market is quiet thought **** it. Anyway I also told them that I want put in writing that there will be no other attempts at lowering the price even if something comes back on the surveyors report or else it will be withdrawn and re marketed, said that I dont have a chain and they dont either so if they want to be moved before x.mas then its best that things run smoothly they think I am moving in with someone.
The doc rang also and everything looks like its ok concerning the medical he had asked for a histiology report but the GP had not sent them but being my ops were along time ago and I havnt had any problems thinks it will be ok! Anyway thats about it! going to have a glass of Baileys tonight or even two! Not going to organise anything untill the contract is exchanged as I do not want to fork out money then get caught out. Hope a little of my success rubs off on the rest of you waiting to sell your houses or exchange and thanks for all your support. Diney great you got some interest. The buyers dont have a property to sell and already have a mortgage orgainsed as they were buying another property in Devon but decided to come back to their former town so hopefully it should be straight forward.
