Hello loves.
Does NZ have local amateur dramatic groups/clubs like the UK do? Does anyone know of any in the Dunedin area? I'd appreciate some contact details, as it would be nice to get in touch before we make the move.

I'd imagine Dunedin would be brimming with Am dram - the university will be packed to the rafters with budding thespians . I grew up in Ch Ch & loads of clubs etc to get into -I used to sing with the cathdral of the blessed sacrament choir in Ch Ch - once upon a time & I'd love to do it again .

I'll have a google & see if anything exciting comes up

Ah, Vic - give us a song!! Glad to hear I can tread the boards again when I get there - if they'll have me of course. I canNOT manage a Kiwi accent yet (get tangled up with the vowels) but maybe they'd let me play the English villainess (baddies are always English in the films!!).
