Sorry if this has been asked before (I did try searching but just couldn't put my finger on it) but where do you get the aforementioned book from? Amazon don't seem to have it.....help!

I just bought the book direct from the website www.wheretoliveinauckland.co.nz and the international shipping wasn't too bad. You could also e-mail info@wheretoliveinauckland.co.nz and ask if they have resellers in the UK.

In addition, I bought some maps and guides from www.clearwatertarn.co.nz who were really helpful and efficient.

Cheers Jerry :nice1. We ended up (gil and I) buying direct from NZ. Actual cost on our credit card was £19.90, whereas buying from the UK is £16.50 plus postage. Probably not a lot in it, but you'll probably receive it quicker via the UK.

Excellent book. Highly recommended if you're considering Auckland, particularly if schools/zoing areas are important to you.

We got it delivered from Barbican to NZ for $28.72USD; I can't imagine that it would cost $30+USD to ship it to the U.S. Have you contacted Barbican Publishing (http://www.wheretoliveinauckland.co.nz/Index.aspx?P=Contact) to ask how much shipping to the U.S. would cost?
