Looking at areas that we feel might be right for us once we get to NZ.
The locations above are ones that am wondering if anyone can shed some more light on,the good the bad and the ugly!!!
We would really like to rent in the area that we might eventually buy in,otherwise we'll have to move the girls schools again.
We are looking for somewhere decent! good schools,decile rating 8 or above if poss, and we'd love to be able to afford a place eventually with a few acres,and our budget would be around $500,000.
Although to start with we'd rent,especially as this place has not sold yet!
