Based on my recent search for long-term unfurnished accommodations for us, I can tell you this with relation to the Tenancy Services charts: the average rents that they quote will probably not get you reserved parking, if that's a need which you have. The averages look rather low to me, compared to the reality of what I saw, but we didn't even look at places if they didn't have at least 1 reserved parking space.
