We are currently in the process of getting all our ITA information together. Having arranged it all neatly, in order, in a folder, we then noticed on the top of the application form that it states.... "Do not use folders or plastic sleeve"..
Just wondering how everyone else put their information together.
We are planning to go down to New Zealand House (London) as we need our passports for our recky in September.
Has anyone had any experience of this...I'm sure I read about it on an old thread. :o

If you are taking it to NZ House yourself, I wouldn't worry.
We took ours in person too.
They give you a receipt for all the docs they keep, so the immigration officer has to go through it all anyway.
All the docs were neatly stacked in order and when the officer started to sift through it all, he messed the whole thing up anyway.
As long as you present it to them in the order that it says on the form, I wouldn't let it worry you.
HTH.

yeah we were confused as well by that. In the end we simply put everythin in the order specified on the sheet and posted it to them.
All worked out ok so it seems not to be a big deal for them.

I specifically asked my case officer about this and she said either paperclips or just leaving it in the order the asked for was fine.
Hope this helps.

I did the paper clip thing to seperate all the different things and put it in the order they had asked for. All went through smoothley. :nice1

We just stapeled any relevant bits together - like the living together evidence with a short letter on top stating what evidence was included, same thing with all the work references section, short letter stating it was work references and what was actually included. We sorted everything into the order they requested put it all in a big envelope and sent it registered mail.
Good luck!

OK - always one to be different. I submitted my application with everything in order, all relevent docs together ..... all neatly presented in plastic sleeves which were then put in a folder.
It wasn't until I'd sent it off that I realised I shouldn't have done this, however, nothing was said about and the application was granted at lightening speed.

Thanks for the help.
Think we will opt for a mixture of staples and paper clips ;)
