Is it just me or has this been discussed before ..

£1 per minute to phone the 09 number for the London branch!!!!! What a rip-off....!!!!

I dialled the 'overseas' number and paid normal rates - no problems :nice1

We have always emailed and had replies back very promptly (sometimes within a couple of minutes!!)

I know what you mean Willowshouse. I made the mistake of ringing them - never again - most of my 6 and a half minutes were spent being told which section I might need and which button to press :no
Won't be doing that again in a hurry!

We used this number to ring them and it's normal rate:

I used one like that to in early stages, saved a bomb and same people.
