We recieved our medical reports today and we opened them.

Have we made a mistake opening the package or should we have sent the reports unopened to the embassy??

Don't worry about it Matt - bit too late now anyway !!

Seriously though, when we took our ITA to NZ House, the C.O opened our medical envelopes and gave them to us to have a read.

If you had them done at Millions, he keeps a copy anyway, so if necessary, NZIS can check that the reports have not been tampered with.

Don't worry - just send 'em in. NZIS will let you know if there is a problem.

Hello Matt,

Our medicals were sent to us just in normal envelopes so we had to open them to send them on. Didn't have any problems with this and actually they had made a mistake on one of the form about OH date of birth so would be worth reading through properly before you send them off.

Our doctor just handed them to us. Read through them carefully and check all boxes have been ticked and that they have initialled each page, then just send them in with the rest of the pile of stuff!! :)
