Well after months of submitting results my medical has been approved!
Good news for all out there with a fatty liver!!
We have been told our application will be checked and a decision made this week, but then is has to go for a secondary check next week....getting close now!!!!
We are hoping to leave for Christchurch at the end of August, fingers and toes crossed!
Now it is going to get manic!

That's good news, one step closer for you. My medical came up with a slight problem with liver function (they didn't elaborate) but all was OK in the end.

Fingers crossed for you and will see you over this side soon.

Well done on the medicals. You say it's taken months, were you still within the 4 month time limit for ITA submission, and if not how did you get it extended?

We submitted out ITA 23rd March....just got in!!

off to Lincoln initially, as thats where my job is...so will see how we get on there, but having visited before think we will head towards ChCh suburbs.
It will depend more on the schools as to where we end up.

We spent 18 months in ChCh in the mid 90's, and have always wanted to "go home"!
