Hi only me again. Wondering if anyone can help me with this one!!
My husband is a butcher with 25 years expierence "under his belt". Back in the good old days, you served your apprenticeship and after however many years you became qualified. My point is, my husband does not have any recognised qualifications but has a certificate from the local Master Butchers Association stating he is a qualified butcher would this be accepted? Does anybody know/is a butcher who is in NZ or in the process who could advise, many thanks :exit
