Heading up to London in the next week to submit our ITA at New Zealand House.

Can we just walk in or do we need to ring before hand for an appointment?

If you can just walk in, what's the average waiting time as we need to book return train tickets and want to make sure we are not there for hours?

You can just walk in, up to the mezzanine floor, take a ticket and wait a few minutes.

Both times OH went, he waited 10 mins max and others from what I've read, some have waited maybe 20 mins. OH went in the morning avoiding lunch hour.

They'll shuffle through your forms, give you back any original docs and voila, you're outta there.

Can't remember their opening hours though, sorry. :o
Enjoy the day out.

Yes - we were in and out within 20 mins.

They don't open until 10am. Sorry, don't know what time they close.

Better to check of course but all train tickets I've had over the past decade have been valid throughout the day, irrespective of the actual time I've told them I'll travel.
