Hi Everyone,
I know this has been done to death but reviewing lots of different messages to find good areas and bad areas is actually very time consuming. Can anyone tell me places that are family friendly in the Wellington? We are looking to rent a property, preferably paying $200 to $400 per week rent. I have heard Tawa is a good area but please can you list areas to look at and areas to avoid.

How old are the kids? Schools vary quite a bit, so if they are school age, I'd look into that too.

Only 1 year old so school is a long way off. Obviusly we would be looking at child care.
