Hi Everybody

I just handed in our ITA (YAY! :clap ), and was wondering if someone could give me some advice about the timings....

I mean, I know that without a job offer it should take about 4 months before you're assigned a case officer, but I was wondering whether anyone had applied without a job offer, and if they did actually have to wait 4 months?

So if there's anyone out there who applied without a job, could you please let me know whether the 4mnths wait is an accurate estimation or whether you waited longer/shorter? :confused:

As you can see under my signature, we submitted our ITA with no job offer at the end of Feb. then received PR mid-June. Almost 4 months. I think a lot depends on how much of a workload the case officers have. Aside from one small request for a letter from our current landlord, the process went very smoothly for us. Hopefully that same goes for you!
