My lovely buyers came through - we exchanged yesterday YIPPEE!!!

We had a fair bit of luck yesterday - went to Windsor racing and put on a bet for each of the kids - one won at 57-1, the other won at 14-1, OH won at 18-1 and I won at 25-1 .... now that doesn't happen every day!

Completion is set for 29th Sept - now I just need a visa (keep your fingers crossed my luck doesn't run out)
