Well we made the trip down to London today to hand in our ITA.. :raebanana

What can I say....it was really COOL. :D

Walked in and was directed to the mezzanine floor. The waiting room was quite full, so we pressed the button for residency applications and took a ticket...number 609. We had not even parked ourselves in a seat when our number was called...talk about quick service.

The lady was really nice and kept saying that everything we had brought in was COOL....the whole process took less than 15 mins... :p

Now we just sit and wait......and wait.....and wait...we were told without a job offer that it should take a maximum of 4 months!!!!

Incidentally did anyone notice the massive Maori totem pole?

Sounds like it all went very well. Hope you don't have to wait too long - fingers crossed eh.

I don't know if totem pole is the right word (what is the right word?) but I know what you mean.

Stunning wasn't it.

We applied with no job offer and it took about 3 months before OH had his interview.

We got PR and it was well worth the wait, but you don't think that whilst you are waiting do you?

It'll be right.......(or 'reet' as we say in Lancashire)
