Wondering if anyone who is heading for the Auckland area soon might be interested in renting my house?
It's at Piha on the West coast, about an hour's drive from Auckland city.
Open plan lounge and kitchen, woodburner, shower room with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms plus study, garage, garden, lovely sea views. Unfurnished (but has oven and hob).
Available from beginning of September to mid January 2007, $300 per week (negotiable if someone wants to rent for the full four months). Power, water and phone are not included.
