Hi All

We are here and boy is it cold :no . but the sun being out does make a difference. Just managed to get here before the awful airport chaos around the world.

Our jet lag is not too bad as we upgraded to business class as a treat to our over tired bodies as having done cattle class last year I can highly recommend it. I have not eaten so much in ages. I actually slept which is very unusual for me.

Opened a bank acocunt and that was soooo easy.

OH has gone back to get the bag we forgot to get off the carousel, due to being brain dead after 5 take off and landings I think we hardly knew what time of day it was let alone how many bags we had.

Hotel had upgraded us to the penthouse, but had to decline as a smoke free room. Shame but after that long time without a fix we had to go forthe smoking room, which they said they may have left, despite we pre booked one. Why do they do that :roll

Anyway fly down to Wellington for interview on Tuesday for that final do we like each other in the flesh kind of meeting. Fingers crossed. Hope so as the furniture is on the way.

House buyer pulled out somewhere over the ocean on the way here. So back to putting it on with as many agents as possible so that a pain.

So I will now return to my room put my feet up, watch TV, read the newspaper, and tomorrow we are off to the theatre to see Menapause the Musical in Auckland which has just opened will let you know if its any good.

Great news on your arrival!

Sorry to hear about the house sale - time the uk laws were changed, buyers shouldn't be allowed to pull out like this without some sort of compensation - make them pay a deposit I say!!

Anyway good luck with everything! ;)
