Well after superbank closing we went with Raboplus, and in the space of 5 working days we had new accounts, our digipass security handsets and secondary passcodes, and thats 5 working days since I posted the applications, pretty speedy I reckon :exit

The other really good thing is the term deposits, you can tie your money up for as little as one month and get a better rate of interest (minimum $1000), and it rolls over automatically too if you dont touch it.

The sign on procedure is a bit fiddly, but thats the extra security, you dont just use your computer keyboard, so it stops any keylogger virus programs being able to give back enough information to hack your accounts.

We're going with Raboplus and I've just sent the forms off to close my Superbank account. :raebanana

That was the other thing, the money was back in our accounts from Superbank pretty fast too, been waiting for a couple of days for the Raboplus stuff to transfer it back out again!

The digipass is easy, just keep it handy, cos you need it for every transaction you do, even once logged in, it asks for digits off it. We have had to deface one of ours, as we have an account for bub too, at least that way they dont get mixed up!

We've got something that sounds similar with our bank account called Netguard.

Which is fine as long as I can remember the safe place I put the Netguard digits thingy in. :D

I'll have to have a special security thingy box soon. ;)

But what if that got stolen? What you need is a special safe for your security things box. With a chain!

Chains can be cut, so it needs to be bolted to the floor instead and alarmed with 24 hour monitoring. ;)

Or put in a safe place, we all know that no-one will find it then....
