Hi this has probably been done before but I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to receive your ITA pack?

We were selected on 19 July but as yet we haven't heard anything. :( We have already arranged for police checks and are in the process of arranging medicals but it would be nice to know everything is still proceeding as it should.

Hi Pink Piggy,

it seems to be very variable. We got selected at the beginning of March and received our ITA pack about 4 days after we got our letter saying that we had been selected. But I've read other people's posts saying they've been selected and are still waiting a month later, as in your case. I think I remember an earlier thread saying something about if you haven't got it after a couple of months, its worth chasing it up. As they come from NZ, they probably are more likely to go astray!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Getting things started is certainly very sensible, especially police certificates, ours took exactly the maximum 40 days! and was the very last thing to arrive.

Hi Pink Piggy

Ours took exactly 26 days to come via special delivery.

I would imagine you should have it soon, it usually depends on the amount on EOI's that were selected in that month.

Good luck anyway. :D

Thanks for the answers. OH did ring the London office yesterday and was advised that they have a huge backlog (not sure if they mean ITA that have been submitted) and that it could take as long as til the end of September. :wah

As you can see our ITA took 3 months to arrive. I think they send them out in batches, rather than dealing with them one at a time. I know it's frustrating because you want to get on and do things. I personally wouldn't arrange your medicals until you receive the ITA as the medicals are only valid for 3 months and you don't want to have to pay twice. Police certificates are valid much longer.

Hope you receive it soon,

Olivia

Thanks - I've already decided not to get them done yet. OH wants to but I don't - not until we've received our ITA. Like you say, don't want to pay for them twice or get deselected for some reason. :(
