Anybody know what sort of wages you can expect for Chef jobs in new zealand? None of the adverts ever seem to have wages in them

A 2004 survey by the Restaurant Association of NZ says
Restaurant, bar and café staff in Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown are among the highest paid hospitality personnel in New Zealand, while their colleagues in rural regions lag well behind in the salary scale.

A head chef in Auckland can expect to earn an average hourly wage of $21.96, while the same position in Rotorua will receive on average just $14.81 an hour.

thanks for that - i had searched and drawn a blank. I will let the better half know.
ALso does anyone know about the equivalent of vocassional assessors delivering nvq's in hospitality ( what she is doing now) ?
