My friend is trying to fill in her EOI form and to put the details of her job offer on it. She gets to the section and ticks the box for offer of employment but underneath that it says

"If PLEASE NOTE: Your main occupation in New Zealand is the job you spent the most hours doing while in New Zealand. If you have not worked in New Zealand you should not complete any of section E in this form. "

She can't find anywhere else on the form to fill in the details. Anyone complete an EOI with offer of employment? Can you help?

I have just had a quick look through Kev's EOI that was printed off and we still filled all the job details in on this section despite the fact that kev hasn't yet worked in NZ, they never made any comment on it - in fact I hadn't even noticed the wording till now!!

I would just tell your mate to fill it in anyway - we did and have PR so it can't be a big issue!

Thanks Marcia - that's what I thought. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't giving her duff advice..... I have been known to :roll

Yep, that's what we did too ...

It's not the only thing on the EOI that's contradictory - their definition of 'family' confused the bejasus out of me!
