Hi everyone,
Just have to vent for a minute...It is now 13 days and counting for a 2-3 day delivery from a national courier company (don't know if I can say the name on forum, but they supposedly deliver POST in a HASTE). The original driver could not find the house, and we have been into their office three times in the last week trying to locate it. We decided to go into the office rather than telephone communication after they were 0-3 in returning phone calls. Today someone finally got down to the bottom of it all: on Thursday they returned the package to the sender because they couldn't get ahold of us to verify our address, despite our many calls and visits! :confused:
In short, we have had wonderful experiences with other courier companies here in NZ, but if you need something in a hurry, I would recommend staying away from this one.
