I found it interesting that sections in Kapiti are selling at higher than that in Whitby.
Assuming the same house on similar sections (same size, same contour, etc), build by the same builder, would there be any financial advantage to build in Kapiti instead of Wellington?
No, right? Since cost of building the house is the same, but sections in Kapiti cost more.
Then why was I under the impression that buying in Kapiti is cheaper?
