For anyone moving to Auckland, and looking to decide where to live...
Have a look at www.nzherald.co.nz and click on 'Property' (LH side), then 'Suburb' living.
For the last year or so, they've been writing an article on each Auckland suburb in turn. Info includes who lives there, lifestyle factors, types of houses and prices (although this bit is likely to be a bit out of date for those suburbs covered early on!)
