Hi everyone,
I have been lost for a while!! but i have been working on it.. jiji
The final choice is Working Holiday Visa, this will give us a year to evaluate the situation, and look for a permanent job so we can ask for work permit to stay longer (if after the year we realize that we want to stay).

So we have all the papers, new passports, etc. We are sending the application on October 2nd. So... finger crossed!!!!! I hope there will be no problems. If everything goes well, our plan is to arrive there in march.

If anyone have passed through this particular procces, and have experiences to share, i will be happy to read your comments. So i can picture how the things really are once there. And if we finally go, it will be nice to have some people to be in touch with.

Hugs for everyoneee!!
:D

Good luck with it all. My cousin is coming in on the same route. It gives her a few options and isn't difficult to be accepted for apparently. keep us all updated how the process goes!

Kali,

I had the same plan. After applying I had a WHV in under 24 hours. The WHV would have expired on November 28th but it was invalidated when I became a Resident back in June. I think the WHV is a great path to PR if you are young enough to qualify. It gives you a year to do the PR paper work and you are not married to one particular job or area.

Good luck and I'd be happy to help with any questions along the way.

Regards,

Jonathon
