Hey everyone,

Is it true that you can't get decent clothes in NZ? Is there a NZ equivalent to somewhere like Matalan? (I've been able to get great, fairly cheap clothes from there :D )

Thanks :)

Personally, we find the clothings here expensive and quality of materials are poor.

We will be bringing 2 empty suitcases and pack them with new clothings when we come back from Holland, UK and Singapore next month.

Expensive is right. Quality is pretty darn good when it comes to mountain/sports gear - I'm happy with a soft shell I bought recently.

It may be me, but I think the mens clothes are better than the womens quality wise, for instance I got hubby two nice shirts for $50, but saying that they would have cost about $10 for the two in Matalan!

Bring clothes with you in the container! I miss Matalan terribly :(

Hallensteins is pretty good for mens' stuff and it's inexpensive. Only trouble is all the men look a bit like clones!

Have a look at www.ezibuy.co.nz I've bought quite a bit from them and it's definitely worn the best.
