Hooray!!!!! Just to say we got married last week, amazing sunny weather on thursday, went to change my passport yesterday and got our blue stickers from immigration today!!!! :raebanana So thats it folks, we fly october 3rd, our house hasnt sold but hey ho.....fingers crossed somebody somewhere soon will buy it!!!

Thanks guys!! Yes we're going to live in Methven (nr Mt Hutt) just 1 hour in from Christchurch, getting quite excited now!!! Its a weird time, as sad, very emotional (keep saying goodbyes to old friends) but also its happy and exciting!!!

Hi moorf

We lived over in nz a few years ago (just for 1 year) and settled in methven, just loved the long quiet summers (population of approx 1000) but in contrast enjoyed the ski season of winter where the visitors swell it up massively and heaps of things going on! Have you been ? :nice1

Yes, have been through often and when we lived in Chch hired a holiday home there for a couple of nights when family visited. We now live near Sheffield so not far from Methven. :nice1
