what is MAF's rule on horse's items? my sister asked me to put her horse's items, like rug (brand new!) and horse clipper (been used) into my shipping container as she live in auckland. so i am trying to find out the rules on these items before i bring them to christchurch, then she will collect them when she visit us (she is so exciting to have a family live nearby rather than other side of world!!)

I think as long as the items have been visibly cleaned and are free of hair/fur (shouldn't be a problem for the new blanket) and are itemized then there shouldn't be a problem. I'll try to find the link for you.

So i have emailed my sister to do the phone call to sort this out for me from nz as it is her items!
