We have seen a house we are interested in in Torbay but it would need an ensuit fitted to be right for us. I have no experience of doing up houses in NZ and wanted to check if you you need to get special permissions to change the use of any room. Also any one any advise on using using local tradesman. OH and I are not the DIY type, just don't have the skills so need to pay someone to do the job. I have been advised that Bunnnies sell bathrooms, any other places we should look for suits and trades.
