hi all ,have read the nzis web regarding offer of employment and i am still unclear.as we only have a 100 points i beleive i need a job offer to have a chance of been selected . i have spoken to one nz company who would offer me associate type work but not as an employee would this satisfy nzis ?has anyone had experience of similar things in other roles, i am in hr consultancy,thanks randc

Associate type work? Job offer is a formal letter - stating wages, hours, start date, etc.. Not sure it has to be full-time + permanent for EOI.
