[Lake Isle]

Hi, I'm not sure if this is something to be worried about, so thought I'd test the water here first before contacting the shipper. We are using Bargate International. They are shipping agents only, so use a packing firm for their removals, who are F & N Worldwide, on the other side they use NZ Van Lines, the problem here lies with affiliation with Faim/Fidi/Bar, both the removal people are (and for the UK one with BAR too). But after emailing FIDI direct, Bargate are not, does this pose a problem? I contacted Bargate direct via their web page, so F & N said they should be my first point of call, however, does that mean that I miss out on all the assurances Faim/FIDI have to offer for the whole move? or just when its on the ship? and does it really matter? Any advice welcomed!!
