Have you checked the usual? Trademe etc?
Does it have to be Devonport, no other suburb? I find its transport links and infrastructure atrocious, which is why I ask.

Hi there,
Yes, got all the usual suspects on my favourites :nice1
Yup, we really want to be in Devonport. We don't drive and find the easy access to the CBD great, from where you can get to most places reasonably easy.

If you don't drive then Devonport is cool. The ferries are pretty good - although they do stop quite early at night - well, if you like partying that is! I have a friend who lives there and is always staying on my couch as she has missed the last boat home on a Friday night and can't be bothered paying the taxi fare. (I think she just likes my breakfasts actually...)
I can get her to keep an ear out though. She is a mine of info.

The last ferry is at 11pm during the week, and 1am on Friday and Saturday nights (or Saturday and Sunday morning for the pedants).
We usually end up talking, eating and drinking so much that we firget the time and it's 1.05 or something...
