Do not know my self however I may know a man who does (I think). He worked in NZ for a year with young people in custody. He currently is a manager of a Secure Unit in England. Next time I see him I will try and get some information. May or may not be useful.

What are you wanting to know Koen. I know 4 screws out here, and they say its a struggle, and this is due to the shift systems,pay, and basically conditions, but hey, not that i am saying its not for you. They are big here on recruiting as every week they advertise in the local rag.

Give me your questions and i will see if they have the answers.
