Hi all,
Our 19 year old son has just started the second of his three year university course. Although he is included in our approved residency, he wants to complete the course before moving to NZ. This will mean he can't comply with the residency requirement of 184 days in each of two years.
At an NZ Expo we overheard a conversation that the Immigration Service permit students to complete their course, providing they make a number of visits to NZ within a certain period. Please does anyone know anything about this, as I've had a good look on the forum and the Immigration Service website, but can't find any information.
