Hi everyone,
We are having interest at the moment in a house in the Lower Kaimai/McLaren Falls area. We haven't seen that part of the Bay of Plenty yet, so it would be great if someone would have some first or second hand info on that area (climate, schools, athmosphere, people, etc...)
