I joined this forum late and so could not build up suspense properly, but . . . it's done! My passport came home yesterday, complete with shiny new residency and RRV stickers. Woot! Just like I've read on other posts, I keep picking up the passport and pawing the pages, admiring the stickers, viewing them from all angles. They're art, they really are.

I can't complain about Mondays anymore. Had the phone interview, got apprv'd in principle, got stickers all on a string of Mondays. What an auspicious day :)

it's startling but in a good way -- thanks, Everybody. I'm not at all sure of next steps, but will keep checking in on the forum as they occur to me.

I remember feeling the same about the admittance letter from law school. It was like, whoa, they actually let me in? now I've got to do something about it :eek:
