Well, we did it. The estate agent came round this afternoon and took photos of the house and garden. It should be on the market before the weekend! She seemed hopeful that it wouldn't take too long to sell and if I do say so myself, she said she was impressed by our 'staging' of the bungalow. :D She said it was amazing how many people didn't make much of an effort. We had dressed the dining table in the lounge and kitchen as well as all the other usual things. Apart from the day we moved in I don't think the house has EVER been this clean!! Once we get some piccies I'll put a couple on.

Now some more of that waiting.... well until tomorrow when we have our x-rays taken for the medical ;)

Good luck Paula, it isn't easy getting rid of your home at the best of times, but when you wanting to emigrate it seems to be even harder!!

Yes good luck with it, just hope the agent is true to his/her word and it does move quickly.

Good luck - at least the system in Scotland is a bit more 'friendly'!!! You won't have people pulling out at the last minute like down here!!
