Hi. I am going for a medical etc for my work visa here in South Africa but it looks like I will have to do it again when I apply for residency in NZ.

Anyone got a rough idea of what such a medical with blood tests costs in NZ?

I've been looking into this today. I googled and found 3 clinics specializing in immigration medicals in the central Auckland area. Their charges range from NZ$350 to NZ$380 - this includes blood tests and x-rays. I also found another immigration medicals clinic that was cheaper but it is too far from where we are. Our closest GP's price was much higher. So prices vary, but that gives you an idea.

We have just paid $330 for ours, thats the drs apt, blood tests and x rays, but I was quoted such a variety of prices.

in wellington the good ones are 400 dollars including blood tests and xrays.
